Run

Ran SCT & part of Frisco, 6M - 64 min. Well now I know I can run a 10K.
6 miles, sweat and 100% cotton makes for some pretty fine sand paper, Nipple bleed at about 5 mile marker. Sweet!! Must wear pasties in the future.

    You are probably right, it creeped your Mother out to.But I thought it was funny and chapped nipple bleeding is some pretty hard core running.
